Meticulous machining is convenient, the use of saving its materials, in the process of operation can save its resources, many casting methods can only cast relatively simple castings, and another advantage of meticulous machining is that it can cast complex castings.

There are many problems that need to be paid attention to during the processing of meticulous machining, which is due to the poor activity function of molten steel. The solidification method of detailed machining is as follows:

Intermediate solidification: The solidification of most alloys is between layer-by-layer solidification and paste solidification.

2, paste solidification: alloy crystallization temperature range is very wide, in the solidification of a certain period of time, there is no solid layer on the surface of detailed mechanical processing, solidification zone through the whole section, the first paste, after solidification.

3. Layer-by-layer solidification: There is no solidification zone in the solidification process of metal and eutectic alloy. The cross-sectional liquid and solid phases are clearly separated by a boundary. With the decrease of temperature, the solid phase layer increases continuously, the liquid phase layer decreases continuously, and the middle part.
